Shipping policy

Please allow 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays) for orders to be fulfilled. I am a one-lady operation who works a full-time job, so unfortunately that means the bottleneck for fulfillment is meeee.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

You get to pick between different choices for USPS, but I highly recommend first class! It's nifty and more affordable than Priority. But if you want your pins now, then go ahead with Priority.

Domestic shipping may take 3-7 business days. If you need it faster, I believe there is an option for faster turnaround with Priority.

International Shipping (Outside the United States)

For my International folks (outside the United States), you can also use USPS or DHL. Whatever is more inexpensive for you!

International shipping times will vary depending on the country. It may take between 10-30 business days.

My items haven't arrived yet and it's been a concerning amount of days since you shipped it. What do??

If your items haven't arrived yet, please check with your local post office. The tracking system will tell you what happened to it, but if it's being held hostage at a postal facility, I unfortunately cannot do anything about that. 

If your item is marked as "delivered" and you haven't received it, I also unfortunately cannot do anything about that (but do let me know, I may or may not try to help you out!).

If it's been over 30 days and you still haven't received your items (tracking system hasn't marked it as "delivered"), please contact me and we will work through this!
